With over 25 years of experience in the Special Situations market and debt restructuring, he has developed asset recovery models, structured FIDCs for the acquisition of court-ordered debt (precatórios) and legal claims, and was a founding partner of MCA Economy. As Director of Orey Financial Brasil Capital Markets, he structured the first special funds for the acquisition of bankrupt estates and judicial recoveries in Brazil, in addition to acquiring distressed and complex assets.

Beyond his corporate and management activities, he holds a degree in Business Administration from FAAP and completed an extension program in Mergers and Acquisitions at FGV. He was also invited to serve as a Court-Appointed Financial Expert by the Brazilian judiciary, a role he held for 20 years. Currently, he is the CEO of Veritas Capital Management and serves as Investment Management Director, overseeing a portfolio of BRL 4.9 billion.
