Prime Plus-Eng

The Prime Plus FIDC is a Fund for Investment in Credit Rights aimed at providing its shareholders with the appreciation of their respective shares through the acquisition of Credit Rights. The fund currently has only one class of shares: Junior Subordinated, but it plans to issue other classes of shares, such as Mezzanine Subordinated and Senior.

The fund’s investment policy is based on diversifying the portfolio of Credit Rights in relation to its debtors and acquiring credits belonging to the industrial, commercial, agribusiness, financial, and service sectors, represented by credit instruments such as invoices, promissory notes, commercial notes, bank credit notes, real estate credit notes, rural producer notes, among others. In addition to having its own protection structure through the Subordination Indices of the shares and Assessment Events, the receivables portfolio is composed of credits with attractive discount rates and thorough analysis of the guarantee structure.
